Message	I've never had a cel for a code 14 in fact my car has a failed speed sensor right now with a code 14 which does not throw a cel. It even states in the fsm this will not throw a cel. I could have the wrong code for the speed sensor too. I've also only had TT's 90-93 with this problem. I'm not arguing just stating what I've seen with a means to correct if needed.
